They are seeking an experienced Manager of Casework to join their team and lead with vision.

**The Opportunity**
The Manager of Casework will be passionate about training and guiding staff. They will provide clear leadership as well as an open-door policy for staff to feel comfortable asking for assistance. They will believe in the organisation's therapeutic model of care and strive for achieving positive outcomes for all clients.
Reporting to the Executive Manager - Clinical, the Manager of Casework will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all casework is compliant with standards, policies, procedures, and best practice
- Coordinating staff development and training programs appropriate to current and future needs
- Promoting a child-centred and family focused approach to case management by way of supporting the child or young person to maintain connections with the family and significant others in their lives
- Working collaboratively to provide a consistent leadership and therapeutic approach to benefit the young people in care.
**About You**
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Social Work, Social Welfare or Psychology
- A working knowledge of the legislation, policies and standards relevant to child protection, statutory out-of-home-care, the PSP and child safe organisations
- Child focused with a strong understanding and knowledge of child protection issues and legislation, including quality improvement and accreditation systems, statutory regulations and funding procedures
- Leadership experience and superior communication skills with the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders
- NSW Working with Children Check & National Police Check
- Current driver’s license
