**Role Summary**
We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Reception and Warranty Officer to be the welcoming face of Xtour Caravans. In this dual role, you’ll manage our front desk, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and partners, while also handling warranty inquiries and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys engaging with people, and has a strong sense of responsibility in both administrative and warranty functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception Duties:_
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking detailed messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings for clients and customers.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and filing.
- Warranty Officer Duties:_
- Manage warranty claims, providing accurate information and updates to customers.
- Document warranty-related inquiries, coordinating with the production team to resolve issues.
- Ensure all warranty paperwork and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any further concerns.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or warranty support is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Knowledge of the caravan industry or a passion for caravanning is a plus

Expected hours: 38 per week
