Our Campus has been part of the community for over 13 years Made up of two heritage homes, it has now been converted into a unique childcare & preschool, at 30-32 Albert Ave, in the heart of Chatswood. We are a short walk from Chatswood Station and local bus stops
About the RoleThe role of the Educational Leader is to inspire, lead, mentor, coach, and guide educators to support in curriculum decision making and to support positive educational outcomes for children.The Educational leader will build the capacity of educators by challenging and extending their practice, theory, and pedagogy.
They will work in partnership with the Campus Director and the wider campus leadership team to deliver a high-quality curriculum ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes for children.The Educational leader is an integral part of the campus leadership team, whose is stewardship of guiding and implementing the campus philosophy through the curriculum and in alignment with the OAC Grow curriculum and Heart Principles.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader
- Team-based, collaborative approach to your practices
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the required Framework
- Ability to communicate and connect with families.
