**Qualifications & Experience**
- Extensive Sales Performance on previous Sales Experience - REQUIRED
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills
- Strong self-confidence & motivation skills
- Ability to influence others.
- POSITIVE and RESILIENT personality traits
- Solutions-focused Problem-solver

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

As a _Sales Agent_, your main responsibilities are to:

- Work in different shopping centres alongside Supercar Holiday displays (work with a Supercar on site E.g McLaren, Lamborghini or Pink Bentley) and other locations across Melbourne (Comute ork)
- MUST meet daily KPI's and Sales Targets
- Engage in face-to-face promotional sales
- Approach customers, initiate conversations, build connections, promote a supercar holiday package of a lifetime that includes experiences with supercars
- Opportunity to build and run your team
- Attend daily/weekly trainings
- Maintain your daily reports and submit at the end of every shift
- Performance Reviews
- Report to Senior Leaders

**About Us**
Supercar Holidays is an experience-based company that offers supercar holiday packages. Our packages include ride or drive experiences in a Lamborghini, Ferrari, or McLaren plus 5 star accommodation, airport chauffer, breakfast, professional photography and professional drivers/driving instructors.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
