Lending Support Officer

ING Australia are searching for a Lending Support Officer to join our Commercial Property Finance (CPF) team within ING's Business Banking arm. In this position, the Lending Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing lending and operational processing support for CPF. You'll collaborate closely with the senior management and other internal and external stakeholder to ensure efficient operations and excellent client service.

**What You'll Do**
- Processing commercial property financing approval packs through ING system to assist CPF Deal Origination Team in obtaining credit approvals from ING Risk Management
- Processing Know Your Customer (KYC) approval packs through ING systems to assist CPF Deal Origination Team in obtaining KYC approvals from ING KYC Team
- Entering loan covenants in the bank's covenant monitoring system for review and approval by CPF Deal Originator Team and ING Risk Management Team
- Notifying internal stakeholders of transaction details to ensure operational compliance, including accurate data entry into ING systems
- Loan administration and portfolio management work, including but not limited to, processing interest rate resets, discharges, consents, drawdowns, and fee payments
- Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively deal with & resolve any loan issues/queries that may arise during deal administration and portfolio management work

- Ability to handle unexpected situations and timely escalation of issues to the appropriate parties to ensure outcomes are met
- Experience working in a timely and efficient manner by respective due dates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
