**St John's Aged Care is our 48-bed home **located in **New Lambton NSW**. We have an opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The shift times we have available are:

- ** Wednesday to Saturday 2.30pm - 7.30pm**

In this role you will assist with the preparation of fresh meals for our residents at St Johns Villa, New Lambton to ensure that their nutritional requirements are met at all times. You will also deliver meals to our residents in a professional and efficient manner and maintain cleanliness in our dining room and servery areas.
- A fabulous 'can do' attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an Aged Care environment
- Knowledge in food preparation and safe food handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Awareness of all relevant WHS guidelines and HACCP requirements
- Tertiary qualification in food preparation / commercial cookery (advantageous)
- Fully COVID vaccinated
- NDIS check or willing to obtain one
