*About the Role*
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in keeping things spotless and efficient? As a Catering Assistant at BaptistCare, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary team and ensuring our kitchen runs like clockwork.

From operating commercial dishwashers to assisting with basic food prep, your work will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Whether you're scrubbing pans or prepping veggies, every task contributes to the care and comfort we deliver daily.

We have Morning and Afternoon shifts on offer Monday - Friday

About You
You're reliable, energetic, and ready to roll up your sleeves. You bring:

  • The ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Good communication and a team-first attitude
  • Basic food safety knowledge (training provided if needed)

Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person with the right mindset. Attitude is everything
