This role requires you to work on-site at Erskine Park.

**About the Opportunity**

Partnering with the Operations Managers and the broader leadership team, you will provide strategic & operational HR support and guidance to this new business, enabling us to meet our business objectives. In this role, you will also be responsible for:

- Partnering with senior stakeholders for the effective delivery of people strategies, including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives
- Partnering with leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Providing actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data and providing support and coaching to act on this data
- Managing the implementation of people change initiatives

Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads. Please note that this role requires you to have face to face interactions with key stakeholders hence you will be required to work on site with flexibility to work from home from time to time.

We’re looking for a resilient and relationship driven Business Partner who has demonstrated experience in a blue collar environment and experience in standing up a new business would be highly regarded. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

You will be supporting a highly unionised workforce, including permanent and contract / labour hire team members, so experience dealing with unions is highly desirable. You must also have IR & ER experience, ideally gained from a large, highly matrixed organisation. You will possess strong employee relations (ER) expertise as well as the ability to think and plan for the long term, and the capability to diagnose issues and use data/insights to influence successful outcomes.
