We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 5-month fixed term contract to join our Human Resources department. Based in our Pyrmont, Sydney office you will manage the full recruiting cycle across Australia and New Zealand.

**About the Role**

In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner - ANZ, you will:

- Conduct a consultative intake session with the hiring manager to set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process
- Consult with the hiring manager, HR Contact and compensation as needed to develop the offer package
- Extend and negotiate the offer package
- Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information into the HRIS platform, Workday and collaborate with HR Contact on new hires onboarding
- Additional recruitment duties

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner - ANZ if your background includes:

- 3 years + recruitment experience, ideally some in house with a global Matrix firm.
- Workday exposure preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to form strong trusted relationships quickly with both HR and Hiring Leaders
- Tech savvy and able to pick up HRIS or ATS systems quickly
- Understand ambiguity is part of the role and can work with this
- Able to work fast and accurately under time pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Enjoy working with a team in APAC and share knowledge
