WA Based State Sales Manager Opportunity

Your new company is the leading provider of industrial and electronic solutions with a global presence in over 30 countries. With a large portfolio of well-known brands under their belt, they boast an extensive catalogue of over 500,000 products across industrial solutions.
**Your new role**
In your new role as the State Sales Manager, you will utilise industry knowledge and insight to shape procurement strategies and position your organisation as an invaluable part of key account operations. You will be responsible for sales optimisation within the state and be the first point of contact for all purchasing requirements.
Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving sales initiatives within your region.
- Building rapport with existing key clients while expanding the customer base.
- Leading the local sales team and implementing strategies to drive sales performance.
- Developing constructive relationships with target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish beneficial partnerships.
- Prepare, plan and assist site roadshows and expos off customer sites.
- Providing monthly reports on targets, KPM, customer activity, market forces and competition.
- Maintaining CRM data on a daily basis.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong B2B sales experience within the industrial/ manufacturing space.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Competence at leading a successful team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
