**Assistant Manager** in Early Education who wants to work with our Centre Manager and contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family
Our
**Maroochydore centre** is open and caters for up to 125 children, operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

You will have the autonomy to make your mark and create a place your team, families and children will love at Eden Academy’s new
**Maroochydore **centre. You’re excited to work closely with the Centre Manager to build a team and create an amazing new centre. You’ll have the time and focus, as enrolments are taken care of for you and you will work with a leadership team who are inclusive and supportive when you need it.
You will support programming that is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners that helps with their resilience and self-awareness. You will encourage conversations with children that develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creates the basis of the Centres programming and the children’s learning journey with us.

You’re an experienced leader who is passionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style to your team, parents and children.
You also have:
- Diploma in Children’s Services
- Leadership experience within an early childhood environment
- A current Working with Children check
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Australian working rights
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
