The SkyBar at Borrodell Estate is looking for a fun and friendly wine bar manager to join our small but passionate team. You will be serving award-winning wines, local cider, beer, spirits and cocktails at a bar like no other
- Ownership and management of wine bar operations and procedures

The SkyBar at Borrodell Estate is looking for a fun and friendly wine bar manager to join our small but passionate team. You will be serving award-winning wines, local beers, spirits and cocktails at a bar like no other Part wine bar, part cellar door, our SkyBar has the soomething for everyone. The views, the flavours, the wildlife are what draws the guests to our property, leaving a lasting, unbeatable impression.

You will have keen interest, and experience, in the wine industry - in all it's facets, including sales, marketing and education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct wine tastings and service of drinks with demonstrated knowledge, confidence and a friendly attitude
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote and maintain Wine Club membership
- Instigate, encourage and sell take-away wines as part of our cellar door experience
- Pack and send wine
- Use the POS for all transactions
- Basic food preparations
- Welcome patrons and accommodation guests to the bar and reception.
- Provide general support to management and colleagues
