You will be coordinate projects and activities designed to enhance the capacity of the service delivery network to deliver the highest level of service to people in housing need by:

- Coordinate and undertake a range of operational projects including research and analysis of information and the recommendation of options to optimise the effectiveness of work practices.
- Undertake research and analysis to develop and inform effective work practices in the areas of HR, financial management and corporate governance.
- Provide timely, high quality advice and support to the Regional Director and Housing Service Centre.
- Prepare reports, including monthly performance, budget and establishment and correspondence on a diverse range of issues as required.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships and networks within the region.
- Participate in regional forums and team discussions, sharing information and working collaboratively to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the service stream.
- Lead and ensure you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
