With offices across Australia, offering the biggest range of Australian and international brands we are committed to constantly improving the service we provide our customers. **Description**: We are seeking an experienced hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Adelaide Warehouse. We will also consider any applicant that is currently a leading hand or Supervisor ready to take that next step into a people management role, and is crucial to success of our supply chain and customer service. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following: Ensuring all safety procedures, hazards are reported and dealt with in safe and timely manner Active participation in WH&S programs, ensure the team follows all safety procedures Demonstrated Leadership Qualities A proven knowledge of Pick\Pack operations Replenishment function in Pick\Pack operations Ensure all sales orders are received\shipped within stated Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) Willingness to be hands on as you will be an integral part of the team Responding to, and dealing with internal customers Managing inventory as per company procedures and policy. Credit returns Identify training needs within the team using skills\gap analysis Supervise and maintain a high standard of presentation within the warehouse To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills: The ability to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised A professional approach and appearance Punctuality and reliability are essential Exceptional inventory control experience Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff Ability to delegate Be "hands on" Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Solid WH&S awareness, and or training Commitment to Customer Service through a strong work ethic, being proactive and committed Strong Computer skills using MS Office, Warehouse Management Systems & Freight Systems Current Forklift licence An understanding of Lean Production (TPS) / 5S will be viewed favourably Willingness to learn new skills and share experience in a team environment. **Skills and Experiences**: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply
