Our client is a market leader in their field providing a solution to consumer desire for locally made products. With a focus on producing high quality products and backed with a wealth of experience in their space, an exciting opportunity has arisen to run their fast-paced warehouse team.

**The Role**

Playing a pivotal role in the businesses distribution network this role will be responsible for;
- Leadership of the warehouse team, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture.
- Planning and optimisation of all warehouse resources to ensure delivery targets are met.
- Working closely with company stakeholders, predominantly production to ensure a smooth transition of goods.
- Maintaining a high level of quality assurance and product integrity.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence.

**Your Background**

Key requirements for this role are;
- 3+ Years warehouse management experience
- Experience of working in an FMCG environment with handling of raw materials.
- Strong Leaderships and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent safety record with extensive exposure to safety systems.
- Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement and performance delivery.
- A current forklift license.
