**Position Duties**

This position directs overall store operations and staff. It includes the following key responsibilities:

- Supervise, dining room execution.
- Developing, mentoring, and leading a productive and efficient team
- Promoting a positive and professional team culture
- Fostering high service standards and excellent guest experiences
- Monitoring and compliance of relevant industry, food safety, and WH & S requirements.

**Selection Criteria**

The position is full time or part time depending on the applicant. Shifts will include evening and weekends. Competitive salary.

We are looking for an industry professional with the following skills and experience:

- Operational management/supervisor experience within a fast-paced restaurant
- Knowledge and understanding of efficient operational procedures and systems
- Display financial control on wagers, stock and hospitality acumen
- Good communication and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 42 per week
