**What we're looking for**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle—from posting jobs and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and collecting feedback
- Work closely with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct initial phone screenings and background checks
- Maintain recruitment records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Plan and run engaging onboarding sessions, including preparing documentation, setting up IT and workspaces, and introducing new hires to the team
- Oversee offboarding processes like exit interviews and equipment returns

**Qualifications and Fit**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with care
