**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare presentation materials including mood boards, finishes palettes, and visual renderings.
- Produce comprehensive interior documentation including joinery details, construction drawings, finishes schedules, and specifications.
- Have a strong knowledge of FF&E selection and specification
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and attend meetings as required.
- Support the project team through all stages, from concept to completion, including construction administration when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong proficiency in Revit (this is essential and non-negotiable)
- 5-10 years of experience with a strong background in high-end residential projects
- In-depth knowledge of FF&E
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also manage tasks independently.
- Good time management skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and rendering tools such as SketchUp or Enscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in commercial/retail interior design is a plus
