**TEN Recruitment **are now recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor for a well know residential home building company. This role oversees multiple jobs in the Perth Metro area at the same time.

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor or Maintenance supervisor with Residential home building experience who has great relationships with trades and is looking to supervise maintenance works on completed home builds and display homes across the Perth metro area.

On offer is a permanent position with a leading home builder, a competitive salary, company vehicle and all tools of trade.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating Maintenance works on home builds and display homes
- Conducting post home build inspections and six month post build checks
- Liaising with trades to organise maintenance work and repairs
- Liaising with the office team including admin and accounts
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with trades
- Ensure a smooth and timely maintenance work and repairs are completed
- Problem solve and find timely solutions to maintenance issues

**Essential criteria**:

- 3+ years previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor in Residential Construction
- Knowledge of the home building market in Perth
- Ideal Trade qualified with experience working in a trades role
- Hold a valid Construction Industry White Card
- Able to build and maintain great working relationships with trades
- Dedicated commitment to the health and safety of employees at all levels
- Organisation and time management skills, able to think on feet and find timely solutions to maintenance issues as scheduled as well as ad hoc issues that arise
- Able to keep calm under pressure - this can be a busy role and no two days are the same
