Sales Representative for Sheds and Furniture

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales representative to join our team and sell sheds and furniture over the phone to customers who call in. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing them with excellent service and information about our products, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our sheds and furniture products
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide customers with quotes and pricing information, negotiate and close sales
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other company events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most current information

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the sheds or furniture industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to close sales
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage customer interactions and sales records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong South, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
