**About the role**:
As our District Manager, you'll play a crucial role inspiring a team of talented individuals to achieve their full potential. You'll be responsible for driving performance, looking after senior relationships with key customers and fostering a culture of excellence. You will guide and develop a dedicated team of Account Managers who will provide cleaning, sanitizing and operational efficiency solutions to clients in the dairy, brewing, beverage, protein and food processing industries across Northern Victoria.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure your team of sales professionals reaches sales targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their career goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share within your district.
- Managing and developing relationships with our client base across the region
- Develop your team’s capability through coaching and professional development
- Ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of business excellence to customers
- Bringing Ecolab’s value-added services and innovation programs to assist our customers meet their business goals

- Experience guiding and developing successful sales teams
- Experience or exposure to food and beverage processing
- Experience overseeing teams across a diverse territory
- Ability to build, maintain and retain customer relationships across all levels
- A full and valid driver’s license
- The ability to travel with overnight stays
