About the role
A great opportunity has arisen in our Hudson Mitre10 network in NSW/ACT as Group Operations Manager.
Working with our General Manager Paul Whitaker, this position based in Rouse Hill (negotiable), will involve travel to some regional locations and provides a unique opportunity to join our rapidly growing business in this key role.

What you will be doing
Reporting to Paul Whitaker General Manager - NSW/ACT you will be responsible for providing leadership to the area to maximise sales, minimise costs and create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of our day to day culture.
What you will bring
As a senior leader you will have previous multisite leadership experience. You are a leader who believes that developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success. Your attention to detail in critical data analysis and understanding of stock flow principles will feed our pipeline and control costs. Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI’s which you will have the ability to influence amongst your stores. Your demonstrated ability to inspire and energise teams to be the “best store in town” will deliver sustained results through continual improvement.
