Operations - Dispatcher / Co-ordinator

We are looking for someone to join our team to help run the day to day operations of the company. This is a Full-time Monday to Saturday Position.

We are trusted furniture removalists servicing all of Brisbane and the southeast corner of Queensland. We are the fastest-growing, family-owned, and operated furniture removals company. our goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients. We work in a friendly and positive environment where we help each other grow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assign jobs to workers
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- Driving efficiency of the day to day operations
- Operate as the key point of contact for our Removals team
- Reconfirm appointments with clients a day prior
- Update customers of eta on the day of the move
- Client liaison and relationship managewment
- Improve and build the administration process
- Data entry, accurate recording of information
- Variety of administration tasks as required
- Get feedback and review from customers after the move is done
- Keep track of job sheets and make sure they are filled out properly by workers

About You
- Industry experience is preferable, however on the job training is provided
- Problem-solving skills with the ability be solution focused at all times
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Team orientated and working with others
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Improve and build processes
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- A high level of attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a great sense of humour
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
