UGL are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) to join our team based on site in Kwinana, Western Australia. This opportunity will see you join a reputable company with a highly experienced team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customer.

**About the role**
- The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a maintenance team to ensure the completion of routine and corrective maintenance in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will maintain strong relationships with the client’s maintenance planning personnel to effectively deliver to client expectations.
- The position will also provide support to the Maintenance Delivery Lead in identification and implementation of improvement opportunities across the operation including work and business processes.

**About You**

You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:

- Certificate III Engineering - Mechanical
- Demonstrated experience in a similar environment ideally in Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Maintenance or Brownfield Projects
- Demonstrated experience leading a multi-disciplinary team including sub-contractor engagement
- Knowledge and prior knowledge of project estimating
- Experienced with work pack development, planning and scheduling works
- Experience in delivering continuous improvement ideas and strategies
- Proven program management
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing team
- Experience to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
