**The Position**
Genus Industrial Services are seeking an experienced Perth based Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Kwinana and work on one of our largest and most exciting south metro projects, the Kwinana Battery Energy Storage System (KBESS).

The Kwinana Battery Energy Storage System project represents the first major grid-connected battery energy storage system in Western Australia, and will provide additional security and stability to Western Australian’s power system.

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
- Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality and client specifications.
- Liaise with internal Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve the Project performance goals.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience**
- Trade Qualifications in Electrotechnology, Electrical Instrumentation or relevant similar field.
- Valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Workers License.
- Qualifications in Construction Leadership and Supervision.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory position, ideally in building and construction industry.
- Valid Driver's License - "C" Class
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, and familiarity with Australian industry regulations, applicable codes, best practice and performance standards.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- High Risk Work Licences - Elevated Working Platform, Working at Heights
- First Aid
- LVR/CPR
- Riggers / Doggers
- Forklift
