**Your new role**
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated and experienced Electrician to work for the WA maintenance team, based in Kwinana Beach.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in maintaining and repairing electrical systems within a busy manufacturing/industrial environment.
You will be rewarded with ongoing mentoring opportunities, working for a sustainable growing business in a supportive and friendly team.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Provide assistance with plant and equipment breakdowns by troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
- Coordinating a small team and work under limited supervision
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:
- Trade qualification with industrial experience
- A current driver’s license
- Proven experience in an industrial/mining setting
- Experience working within a team, other contractors
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems and machinery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on safety, with sound understanding of Workplace health and safety
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
