Aon is recruiting for an Associate to join Aon's Strategic engagement team located in Sydney.
This role sit in Aon Inpoint which is a business within Aon that provides insurance related data, analytics, and advisory services to (re)insurers.

**What The Day Will Look Like**:
- You will join Aon Inpoint as a trusted vital member of our smart and welcoming team. You will communicate findings to internal teams, present workstream results to clients, and engage with industry experts and clients in interviews. You will also undertake market research, data analysis, and modeling that provides informative recommendations.
- You will build and maintain client relationships while taking ownership and responsibility for client engagement workstreams
- Providing input into the development of new analytics tools and solutions
- Developing and maintaining fluency in the company's and insurers' strategies, products, leadership, and operations to enrich client outcomes
- Contribute to initiatives across the wider firm
- Reporting to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure mutual understanding both internally and externally.

**Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success**:
- You are ambitious and have experience in the insurance industry, or business development roles within a financial services or consulting environment. You are educated to a degree level, working as an associate or in a relationship management/technical role with transferable skills
- People skills, persuasion, negotiation, diplomacy, able to work within mixed and virtual teams, able to forge links and build networks with different Aon teams
- You have excellent research and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions at all levels
- You have analytical capability - with focus and high attention to detail comfortable to undertake or instruct the organisation, analysis and interpretation of structured and unstructured data and information to be used for decision-making
- You have the ability to interpret data, seeking trends and translating this into valued insights for the business and our clients.
- You have a consistent record of delivering results with the ability to follow through on actions and track them to closure
