Bring your customer service experience to a leadership opportunity, leading a team of 6 Claims Consultants in Hobart.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-level customer service to your customers experiencing property claims process.

**The role**:

- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Claims Consultants
- Review, monitor and manage operational performance
- Identify and support with the learning, development and training of employees

**About you**:

- Experienced Customer Service Consultant who has had success coaching or leading a team
- A supportive and empowering leader, engaging with individuals to achieve consistently positive outcomes
- Strong communicator who can build rapport with customers
- A high level of resilience and assertiveness whilst maintaining excellent customer service is key
- Solutions driven individual who make tough decisions quickly
