**The Breakdown**
- Burton Australia is looking for a Product Services Manager to maintain the smooth running of our Rider Services Department in Sydney. This includes ensuring that all warranty claim and Quality Control issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner whilst upholding Burton standards (Burton W48, Repair targets etc.) and providing the highest possible customer satisfaction. The role also includes the management of the department spare parts inventory (ordering, stocktaking and daily management).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must and a strong knowledge of Snowboarding hardgoods (Boards, Boots, Bindings) will also be highly regarded.

**Essential Functions**(other duties may be assigned)

**_ Rider Service & Warranty:_**
- _Answer all warranty calls and enquiries _in line with_**_W48_**_._**:

- _Receipt, assess and process all warranty claims and returns and liaise with _dealers and general public on progress._
- _Liaise with contracted repairers._
- _Champion Burton Sustainability goals and standards at all stages of the warranty process._

**_ Spare Parts_**
- _Forecast spare parts and warranty replacement stock to ensure the smooth operation of the department through the year. _
- _Process dealer daily spare parts orders and adjust based on stock availability. _
- _Manage Bench stock requirements. _
- _Oversee the yearly stock take operation._

**_Quality Control_**
- _Liaise with Global QC & ADC teams to highlight and rectify issues with product_
- _Take action on global instructions._

**_ General/Other Responsibilities_**
- _Process and manage warehouse inbound and outbound deliveries. _
