Position Objective:

- Identify the needs of Rainmakers customers and also the objectives of the business.
- Identify what success looks like for Rainmakers products, and how new products or features will fulfil that success.
- Lead the planning, delivery and in-life optimization of Rainmaker products.
- Collaborate with and guide stakeholders in the business through the strategy and marketing of Rainmaker products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate business strategy into product strategy
- Establish, own and manage the product roadmap and vision. Create buy-in across the business for this vision. Use a data driven approach to justify the vision.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and ensure this is aligned across the business.
- Collaboratively identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas.
- Drive action throughout the business to deliver the product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering teams and participate in scrum and sprint planning meetings.
- Manage product profitability and commercial success
- Carry out market and product research and use the findings to provide insight to the business
- Scope business requirements and create prototypes and wireframes.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products including customer feedback, requirements, issues and optimisation

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience in product management, business analysis or project management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Ability to develop strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the wider business and executive management
- Understanding of, or experience with the software development lifecycle and web technologies
- Strong problem solving skills and data driven
- Strong collaborative skills and highly empathetic
- Experience from a Financial Services, Information/Data Services, Banking, or a similar organization is a plus
- Formal qualification in Computer Science or Engineering advantageous
