About the role

We are looking for a Training Material Designer to join the supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time basis.

As part of this journey, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Training Material Designer to develop engaging, effective, and practical learning experiences that support employees through new systems, processes, and ways of working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop training materials and knowledge assessments aligned with project goals and curriculum plans
- Create new programs, resources, and digital content; continuously improve and update existing materials
- Support the delivery of a “train the trainer” program and collaborate with internal business partners
- Contribute to change engagement activities to ensure a smooth learning experience for all employees
- Present training content and concepts to stakeholders across multiple levels of the business
- Promote and embed the One Elders values throughout all training and engagement initiatives

Who are we looking for:

- Experience designing digital learning programs, with proficiency in tools like Articulate360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various audiences
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
- Experience in a sales-based or agricultural organisation (preferred)
- Background in training design for business transformation projects (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia (desirable)
