Australian Workplace Training (AWT) is seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer and Assessor to inspire the next generation of skilled professionals in the Transport and Logistics industry.

**About the Role**:
As a key member of our team, you will:

- **Deliver Engaging Training**: Design and deliver captivating face-to-face and live-streamed training sessions in Forklift operations and Dangerous Goods handling.
- **Facilitate Student Success**: Mentor and guide students, ensuring they acquire the practical skills and knowledge to excel in the industry.
- **Maintain Compliance**: Adhere to RTO compliance procedures, maintaining accurate records and providing timely assessment feedback.
- **Embrace Diversity**: Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for students from all backgrounds.
- **Stay Current**: Commit to continuous professional development and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and skills.
- **Contribute to Our Online Presence**: Appear in photos and videos related to your training programs to promote AWT and engage potential students.

**Role Requirements**:

- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment**:

- **TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck**:

- **TLILIC2001 Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more)**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience and currency in the Transport & Logistics industry, specifically Forklift Training and Dangerous Goods handling
- Proven ability to develop engaging training materials, deliver dynamic sessions, and assess student performance effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable**:

- Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Catapult, Moodle)
- **DG Awareness** _or_ **DG Handling** qualification (depending on the specific Dangerous Goods training you'll be delivering)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
