**About the role**

Reporting to the Payroll Superintendent, you will be responsible for administering and processing all manual and automated payments to MinRes employees in an accurate and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring correct setup of new personnel on the payroll and finalising taxation and superannuation records
- Checking weekly, fortnightly, or monthly timesheets are completed and correctly inputted into SAP for payment
- Calculating payments for leave and final payments on termination
- Ensuring correct remittance of tax and other employee deductions
- Reconciling payroll runs and reporting on results
- Resolving/answering queries relating to payroll from relevant stakeholders across the business

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience in payroll, preferably in the mining and resources industry
- SAP HR/Payroll experience highly regarded
- Able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm during busy periods
- Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
