**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity for a marketer skilled in marketing and graphic design to join our national Retail Capital & Middle Market business. You will play an integral role in enhancing the productivity and delivery of service excellence to clients and customers.
- Develop and implement an annual national marketing plan to support the business objectives - designed to win listings, generate leads, increase brand dominance, and increase client engagement.
- Work with the team to design and produce winning submissions that are creative and professional to win listings. This involves taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other support material required.
- Develop, manage and implement property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market. Project manage the marketing preparation process and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
- Manage the marketing operations of the Retail Capital & Middle Markets which includes, but is not limited to CRM, monthly metrics reporting, marketing policy compliance, internal communications, improving quality, managing libraries on Colliers Hub & SharePoint, maintaining collateral and content, etc.
- Position the brand and market by asset class by collaborating with complimentary Retail Capital & Middle Markets to deliver value-adding client events, thought leadership, campaigns and social and traditional media.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
- 3 years’ experience in similar role ideally within the property industry.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and/ or PhotoShop)
