**About the Opportunity**
- Plan and implement manufacturing systems in order to improve and maintain output, quality and volume
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and KPIs
- Continuous improvement to manning, processes productivity and plant performance
- Establish and maintain procedures to ensure safety of personnel, quality of product and compliance
- Ensure availability of plaster for the Plasterboard, Cornice and Special Plasters processes
- Ensure availability of raw materials, consumables and personnel to meet Production targets
- Analyse Daily Production Performance and ensure timely implementation of Corrective Actions
- Review Plant Performance daily with Production Manager
- Liaise with Production Manager and Technical Officer on raw materials sourcing, formulations, product quality, QA procedures and the Manufacturing Process
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager on issues of Plant Maintenance, Plant Availability and Plant Improvements

**About You**
- Production Supervision experience or similar
- Trade and or Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded
- Preventative maintenance strategies
- Comprehensive understanding of Modern Manufacturing principles
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to improve individual and team performance
- Proven negotiating and influencing skills
- Good planning and organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
