**About the Role**
Supporting the daily functions of the GTEK Direct team including daily deliveries scheduling, truck movements management and customer service. This role is a key member of the GTEK Direct support team, a fun, collaborative and hardworking team in Hazelmere.
- Manage the GTEK Direct residential housing and commercial projects daily scheduling;
- Manage customer orders, customer deliveries, customer returns and branch transfers;
- Understand stock availability across multiple GTEK Direct locations;
- Customer communications, provide product & services information and resolve issues;
- Assist and support the technical team in meeting customer expectations;
- Managing scheduling, pickups and deliveries for GTEK internal customers and contractor drivers;
- Adhering to all quality control procedures.

**About You**
- Enjoy dynamic and fast paced environments with the ability to react quickly to changing requirements;
- A solid background Logistical and customer experience;
- Excellent problem solving skills, proactive in nature and excellent attention to detail;
- Intermediate excel and Microsoft office knowledge;
- Current and unrestricted Australian Driver’s License.
