Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a friendly approach to customer service? Ultra Tune Penrith is looking for a dynamic and motivated **Administration & Customer Service Assistant** to join our team

**About the Role**:
In this diverse role, you will play a key part in ensuring our workshop runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Processing invoices** and accurately inputting necessary paperwork.
- **Greeting customers** and providing exceptional service upon their arrival.
- **Answering phone inquiries** with professionalism and assisting customers with their queries.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required.
- Organising the workshop diary.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred but not essential.
