Customer Service Attendant

Penrith Panthers has an opportunity for energetic and versatile Customer Service Attendant Professionals to join their friendly Panthers team.
We are looking for energetic team players with a welcoming smile to deliver excellent service to our members and guests at our busy **burger bar, 'Grub'.** Thriving in a fast-paced team environment, you will enjoy a range of duties which involve serving our members and guests and cooking a wide range dishes. You will also take pleasure in making sure our customers and guests are our number one priority.
Our burger bar operations on Wednesday - Sunday* and can be open to as last as 3am on Friday and Saturday evenings.
**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to**:
- Short order cooking included but not limited to burgers, loaded fries, pizzas and hotdogs;
- Basic food preparation;
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
- Food and beverage service;
- Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glassware and plate collection and;
- Processing transactions through the register and cash handling duties;
- General cleaning duties as required.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- ** **1-2 years experience in the same or similar role;
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming and;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available to work when required including nights, weekends, week days and public holidays.
