About The Role
This role can be based in either our Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane or Gunnedah office.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Tenement Specialist with ensuring all tenement compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of tenement documents and status
- Monitor and report on tenement-related deadlines and obligations
- Provide administrative assistance to the commercial team.
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Other administrative duties as required
What You’ll Bring
- A relevant degree (or degree in progress) in Business Administration, Law, Environment, or related field, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in tenement management or a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and team player
