The Role

An opportunity exists for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Warehouse team based in Braeside. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse, the Warehouse Manager/ Warehouse and Freight Manager, and internal/external customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Your duties in the role will include:
- Assisting customer service with any warehouse related enquiries- Providing proof of delivery (POD) documentation when required- Preparing and distributing daily warehouse reporting including ordering results daily and if set targets achieved- Preparing export documentation prior to dispatch- Entering serial numbers for equipment whole goods at invoicing stage prior to dispatch- Confirming receipt of whole goods accurately and maintaining container spreadsheets

Skills & Experience

You must possess:
- Experience in warehousing- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Sound keyboard and computing skills including Excel and Word- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with mínimal day to day instructions and supervision
