**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Support**: Provide empathetic and compassionate support to families and veterinarians, assisting them through the process of pet cremation with sensitivity and care.
- **Effective Communication**: Utilize strong communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information about our products and services.
- **Product and Service Navigation**: Understand and navigate our range of products and services, offering informed advice to clients to meet their specific needs.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure every interaction with clients reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service, maintaining a culture of excellence.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform necessary administrative duties, including managing records, processing orders, and maintaining accurate client information.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic customer service.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate information about our products and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry, is a plus.

Pay: $44,887.29 - $77,688.53 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 25/02/2025
