• 5+ years' experience in mechanical servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• 1–2 years' leadership experience in a workshop or supervisory role
• Ability to lead by example, support and mentor team members
• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence to work independently
• A team-first attitude with a focus on efficiency and quality
