**Regional Health Information Manager - QLD**
**About the role**
The Ramsay Corporate Health Information Management team has a unique opportunity for an experienced Health Information Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive operational expertise for Ramsay Health Care facilities across our QLD portfolio.
Reporting to the National Health Information Manager and joining the team of other Regional/State HIM’s, Auditor Educators and a National CDS Manager, the QLD Regional Health Information Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and managing the strategic direction of all HIM and Clinical Coding functions at a regional level.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications - Associate Diploma, Bachelor of (Applied) Science, Medical Record Administration / Health Information Management or equivalent
- Eligible for membership with the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Health Information Management Role.
- Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding of patient administration system and revenue cycle components
- Understanding of private health insurance rules and legislation and funding models.
- High level of computer literacy particularly in Microsoft suite of products and 3M code finder, Turbocoder and other coding related tools
