**About the role**:
Quickly establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, you will be the key ‘go-to’ for Executive Leadership to drive forward operational and strategic initiatives supporting both our workforce and the Uniting Vic Tas organisation.

Leading a small team of P&C Business Partners and collaborating with the wider P&C Team, you will provide advice and guidance in workforce design/planning, remuneration and benefits, industrial/employee relations, and change management activities.

**What’s on offer**:
It’s a full-time ongoing role based at a Uniting office location. Some face-to-face interaction will be important in this role, yet we’re established and set up for online interaction and can offer **work-from-hom**e 2-3 days per week.

In addition to receiving a base salary of **$130k** and superannuation, you’ll also receive **17.5% leave loading** and access to the full **$15,900 salary packaging** benefits.

There is also the option to** increase your annual leave entitlements** through our purchased leave program, access to paid parental leave for up to 10 weeks, and you can receive a **10% discount **on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre.

**About you**:
You will bring with you:

- Extensive HR generalist experience in a HR Manager or Senior Business Partner role.
- Experience across the full employee lifecycle with accountability for the delivery of people & culture outcomes.
- Empathetic leadership and a collaborative approach with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills, and confidence in having frank yet respectful interactions.
- Sound IR/ER experience and working knowledge of relevant industrial law and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business/commerce/social science/psychology or equivalent experience.
