We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate person to join Club Marine as a Member Services Specialist. Working in a team of Member Service Specialists, you will ‎‎be part of a ‎supportive team pursuing excellence in service delivery. Along the way, ‎‎you ‎will develop a great knowledge of boats and build ‎underwriting ‎‎skills for a great career in insurance.

The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you’ll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members, and our boating community.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Assisting with all manner of Member & Partner enquiries to fulfill the insurance lifecycle, including providing quotes, renewals & policy alterations.
- Inbound calls & correspondence portfolio

**About you**:

- Experience in Customer Service is essential.
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive time management skills
- Sound computer skills
- General knowledge of Boats will be highly regarded.
