**Our Opportunity**

We have a unique opportunity for a Service Technician to join the team, based at our Unanderra site, with regular client support.

**Daily duties will include**:

- Represent NEPEAN Conveyors while engaged by our customers on their sites for service activities
- Manage customer concerns and equipment breakdowns on site
- Provide support for Installations and maintenance on site
- Undertake works as required, in addition to inspections and troubleshooting
- Some internal workshop responsibilities when not in the field
- Mechanical trade
- Full Drivers License - you may be required to be on call at times
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to strategically evaluate and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated conveyor knowledge highly advantageous
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Dogging certification or willingness to obtain
- Working at heights certification or willingness to obtain
