At Wyndham Destinations, every day is an adventure where drive meets opportunity. We are seeking an experienced **Consumer Finance Officer** to join our Consumer Finance team.

**How You’ll Shine**

As the Consumer Finance Officer you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking ownership to ensure that queries have been actioned to the satisfaction of the customer and the business within a reasonable time frame.

You will also be responsible for the following:

- Maintaining, controlling and effectively managing the prevention and collection of delinquent accounts for various portfolios including servicing to our customers.
- Providing assistance and support to our owners, developing and maintaining our ongoing relationship, encouraging them to use their ownership.

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent time management and self motivation and management skills
- An understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Privacy Act Australia and New Zealand (Privacy) and Debt Collections. Annual Training will be provided.
- Flexible, adaptable with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rostered hours when requested.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office
- Ability to negotiate, be patient, persevere and show empathy to our customers
- Experience in a collections or call centre environment
