**The role:
Digital Capital Program (DCP):
eHealth Queensland (eHQ) and Delivery Services Branch have been appointed the lead for all digital elements of health infrastructure capital projects and have established DCP to standardise and centralise the delivery of digital components required for all Health Infrastructure Capital Program initiatives.

In this role, you will direct and manage the planning of system acceptance, integration, and performance for the Delivery Services Branch and/or programs to ensure successful solution delivery. You will oversee the test strategy and associated test activities for large-scale and complex Information Management (IM) and ICT solutions. You will also provide expert testing advice to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring alignment with Queensland Health ICT Testing Policy and the ICT Testing Metrics Standard.

Digital Health and Business Solutions (DHBS):
eHQ seeks an experienced Test Manager with detailed knowledge of health level 7 (HL7) testing for interoperability of health technology, particularly for the integrated electronic Medical Records (ieMR) solution.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Lead the design, development and implementation of the test strategy and approach framework, ensuring quality and assurance standards and alignment to the strategic direction of the branch.
Experience in the definition, management and planning of all testing activities within a large, complex IM/ICT technical solutions within a public sector health environment.
Experience in the management of all phases of testing, including plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability for large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s)
Provide expert advice and set direction for the management of risks associated with testing and advises upon preventative action when any risks become unacceptable.
Stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of required testing activities.
Implementation of quality testing methods aligned with the Queensland Health ICT Testing Governance Policy framework which encompasses strategies, policies, processes, templates, tools and standards.
