**Your Impact**

Never Never has joined the Asahi Beverages family, marking an exciting new partnership We are now in search of a passionate and highly spirited Head of Marketing to join and propel the Never Never brand to new heights.

You'll lead the pivotal marketing function driving Never Never towards our ambitious growth goals. This will include managing the development of our marketing strategy, and accountability for execution across all channels. You will lead a team of four dedicated marketing staff and support the activity of our Brand Ambassadors and sales team around the country. You’ll manage our key relationships and ways of working with the Asahi/CUB marketing leadership and teams around the country.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and lead the brand positioning, core creative and consumer initiatives that impact consumer demand, advertising, and ensure superior execution of brand standards
- Deliver the growth expectations of Never Never through a robust strategy & integrated commercial plan
- Ensure the development of clear and engaging agency briefs that go beyond “words on a page” with clear objectives and paths to growth
- Lead key marketing projects that cut across the entire marketing/commercial agenda, such as portfolio strategy and multi-year strategic plan
- Coach and challenge the team to raise the bar and develop a team culture of sharing learning

**About You**

Seeking a seasoned marketing professional that is passionate about the spirits industry and is driven to explore solutions beyond the obvious and tried. Very strong commercial understanding and experience, including insight into competitor and retailer strategies and activity.
- A career built in FMCG with experience in marketing management roles
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders cross functionally
- Expertise in designing and implement marketing strategies to convert brand plans into sales-driving initiatives
- Proven project management experience and the ability to deliver quality execution on time and within budget
- Well-developed financial and time management skills
