**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven marketing professional to join JLL and work at our Adelaide office. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development of innovative marketing strategies across a small portfolio of retail assets and overseeing their implementation in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and wider JLL Experience team.
**Snapshot of the role**:
Taking a client centric approach drawing on analytics and insights to match specific customer’s needs to products and solutions
Assisting in the delivery of market-leading innovations and strategies in brand, marketing, digital and experience strategy for our clients
Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to influence the strategy of our clients, driving them to be the most advanced, efficient and effective brands in the territories in which they operate
Producing marketing collateral as required (copywriting and liaising with either internal or external graphic designers to produce impactful marketing assets)
Conducting general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
Liaising with internal and external suppliers and agencies as required'
Ensuring that all marketing, communications and business development materials adhere to client brand guidelines
Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as retail clients and vendors
Staying informed about current market trends, industry innovations, and emerging technologies

The objective of this role is to partner with retailers and internal stakeholders to maximise sales and traffic for the assets you are responsible for.
You will be expected to understand the fundamentals of the asset’s retail leasing business and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
The ability to manage high volume outputin a fast paced environment
A continuous learning mindset and desire to contribute to the growth of our dynamic, industry leading team
Experience in event planning and/or management
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Highly motivated, with a proactive work style and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives in the property industry
Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
